Psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and licensed addiction counselors tend to clients’ needs during all stages of recovery, including detox. Orchard Recovery currently houses a maximum of 25 clients, which allows for a boutique, intimate experience for each client. High staff-to-client ratios ensure everyone gets the care and attention they need. Adding to this, each client has their own addictions counselor and recovery coach walking with them in their recovery journey. Individual and group sessions connect clients to themselves and others. Orchard Recovery’s family and couples programmes connect and heal strained relationships, providing the addiction and psychological education loved ones need to help support those in recovery. On-site, clients can enjoy some of Orchard Recovery’s newest staff members–therapy goats Jimmy and Billy, aptly named after Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous founders.
